For 3 days I couldn't watch anything on netflix because the screen just said "your account is on hold because of a problem with your last payment". I was confused because I had been paying the monthly amount that netflix charges for a year and never faced any such thing. Thank god I called these people at netflix support, it was when they solved my problem and i learned that my bank with whom i just made an account with last month did not approve the monthly charge.
